With this success, the group launched Blue Spice to market its own range of sauces, seasonings, curry pastes, stir fry sauces, rice and noodles, coconut cream and snacks under the Blue Elephant brand.

The products are available in retail and food service formats, exported to fine food outlets in more than 20 countries and to professionals who enjoy exceptional quality and taste. All Blue Elephant products offer authentic Thai tastes, blessed with aromatic herbs and spices sourced from Thailand.

Blue Spice philosophy is to ensure that all customers receive great satisfaction fromoutstanding quality and taste, under close supervision of Master Chef Nooror. High quality and taste come from sourcing the best raw materials in Thailand, particularly from the Royal Project Foundation, an initiative of HM the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej to help poor farmers in northern Thailand to grow pesticide-free, organic fruits, vegetables and herbs as a way to earn income to support their families. Quality control is assured through HACCP, GMP, Halal and BRC certified production processes.


Mahidol University International College conducts its programs in English while expanding to cover other languages, such as Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, French, and German. Students have an opportunity to study with lecturers who are also native speakers of a particular language. The teaching standards of foreign lecturers are also maintained. The college has its own recruitment process and regularly develops skills of personnel, such as holding an English proficiency test to ensure that all staff members meet requirements.
